At Loose Lab Stones, every order is prepared with care and attention to detail. We aim to provide a secure, transparent, and reliable worldwide shipping experience.
Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from Latvia, European Union.
Processing Times
In-Stock Items
Orders containing in-stock items are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Made-to-Order & Custom Stones
Certain stones, calibrated sizes, and custom-selected items require additional preparation time. These orders may take up to 10 business days before dispatch.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to customs procedures, local carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Carriers
Depending on destination, order value, and shipping requirements, orders may be shipped using:
- DHL
- DPD
- Omniva
- FedEx
- UPS
- Latvijas Pasts
Carrier selection is made to provide the safest and most efficient delivery possible.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided for shipped orders whenever available.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address used during checkout.
Signature Confirmation & Insurance
For security reasons, selected high-value shipments may require a signature upon delivery.
Insured shipping may also be included for eligible orders to provide additional protection during transit.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
European Union
Orders shipped within the European Union are generally delivered without additional customs duties or import taxes.
United States
Orders shipped to the United States are sent on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis whenever applicable, meaning import duties and taxes are included in the final price paid at checkout.
Other International Orders
For countries outside the EU and USA, customers are responsible for any applicable:
- customs duties
- import taxes
- VAT/GST
- local handling fees
These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by Loose Lab Stones.
P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. boxes where supported by the selected shipping carrier.
Please note that signature-required deliveries may not always be available for P.O. box addresses.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If a shipment is lost during transit, we will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.
A replacement or appropriate resolution may be offered after the carrier confirms the package as lost.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, customers are encouraged to first contact the local carrier and verify the delivery location before reaching out to us.
Loose Lab Stones is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or failed delivery attempts.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been marked as dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Made-to-Order & Custom Items
Many of our loose stones are custom selected, calibrated, or prepared specifically for each order.
In accordance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations, certain made-to-order or personalized items may not qualify for standard withdrawal or return rights.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- customs delays
- transportation disruptions
- natural disasters
- strikes
- carrier interruptions
- governmental actions
